So, by now you may have noticed that fashion-folk are swapping out their heels for sneakers (apparently they’re quite comfortable… who knew?)

But not all sneakers are made equal – this years ‘People’s Choice’ award goes to New Balance.

Why?

I think it might have something to do with their more subtle styling. They touch on the sporty-trend sweeping fashion, without being too garish (Nike, I love you but sometimes a girl needs something a little more subtle). Their design has in fact changed very little over the years aside from seasonal colour changes.
