How much do you know about pleats?

Why? Because this season you’re going to need to brush up.

There’s the box pleat, the knife pleat, the crystal, sunray and inverted pleats… I could go on but fear I may be losing you…

The most important one you need to know is the accordion pleat. Inspired by its musical namesake, these pleats are narrow, often heat-set and create the loveliest, softly structured zigzag pattern that widens slightly towards the bottom.
