The Oxford Shirt

Friday 30th May 2014

There’s a great fashion term called ‘shopping your wardrobe’ – essentially taking a new look at your old clothes.

A great example of this is the classic Oxford shirt.

Lately we have forgone this roomier man style-shirt in favour of the cropped shirt, cut trimmer on the body and buttoned all the way to the top.

But I bet you still have a couple of Oxford shirts kicking around.

Try tucking them into a slim, tailored pant, roll the sleeves up extra-high but leave the buttons extra-low (read: unbuttoned to your bra line). Then top it all off with this seasons essential choker and just like that, you’ve got a whole new look!

But maybe I’m getting ahead of myself… maybe your Oxford shirts are looking a little tired…

Well, I’ve thought of that too!
