Wooden Necklaces

Monday 13th Oct 2014

Marni would have to be one of my favourite labels. Their pieces are always designed in such wonderfully broad, bold brush stokes, with colours and shapes that strike the perfect balance between feminine and experimental.

I spotted these great necklaces at their recent Spring 15 collections and they’ve since left me longing for wooden jewellery.

By its natural, wood lends itself to bigger, more graphic shapes, whilst its muted, neutral, earthy tones are the perfect compliment a more colourful palette.

If you’re quick, you can click through and order the Marni ‘Legno’ necklace straight off the runway before the trunk show end (or else wait until February when they come in store), but I’ve also put together an edit of some other great styles that I’ve found too.

Follow the link below for all the details

1. Elk ‘Boarder’ necklace, $60
2. Marni ‘Legno’ necklace, $470
3. Elk ‘Flip’ necklace, $59.50
4. Toast ‘Trina’ necklace, £75
