Shazam Style

    Monday 30th Oct 2017

My many years as a stylist have made me particularly good at picking brands – I’m kind of like the Shazam of fashion.

This of course comes in very handy when you want to stalk someone’s style – like this especially great combo, that manages to embrace all the greats (read: tortoiseshell sunglasses, a great white tee, tweed, oversized earrings and handbags with top-handles).

  • Hi Inez,

Can you tell me what’s happening with boots this season?

Are we still into the whole over-the-knee thing?

    Or have we moved on?

  • Hey Inez

I’m a mum going back to work after almost 2 years off, running around in jeans, Bassike tees and Converse sneakers.

Trouble is, I’ve started a new job where my current wardrobe just won’t cut it. Not only am I going back to office life but it’s a creative office with a very tricky dress code – there’s leather minis, short shorts, sneakers and lots of top knots (on the boys).

I’m not in a creative role so still want to seem professional but I need some help nailing the wardrobe basics. To add to this, I’ve got about 3 seconds to get ready In the morning with an energetic messy toddler hanging off my arm, wanting to play.

I love a good basic but I’m not afraid of a statement piece to break things up every now and again.

Any help you can offer would be amazing!

    Thanks so much!

    Fashion Finds Under $200

    Friday 25th Mar 2016

Truth be told, I’m quite fond of designer fashions.

Rumour has it, I’m not alone.

The sad thing is that my finances often have a little trouble keeping pace with my fancies.

I hear this condition is also not peculiar to just me.

So today I’ve set out to ease this dilemma a little, rounding up the most handsome (read: wonderfully stylish) collection of fashion essentials (read: those pieces that you weren’t aware you even needed until you saw them, and now can’t stop thinking about) that will also leave you with change from $200.

    Something caught your eye?
